Information Technology Services
Illinois Toll State Highway Authority
RMCA provides IT management, network security, design, and support services on an ongoing basis for the Illinois Toll State Highway Authority. The Tollway manages and operates four toll routes located in the state of Illinois. The network topology is complex in nature with multiple sites and network segments interconnected over a ONS fiber backbone. RMCA provides:
- Security services to help the Tollway maintain PCI compliance. These services include security assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability management and risk mitigation
- Network design, deployment and support with a focus on network security
- Firewall, Router and Switch design, deployment and support
- Vendor VPN connection design, deployment and support
- Server, Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) support
- Exchange e-mail system support
- Drafting of technical documentation for Illinois Tollway network and systems design
- Training and high level support of Illinois Tollway IT Department staff members

The 31st Street Harbor will provide both public and boating state-of-the-art amenities on Chicago's majestic lakefront. RMCA is providing project management services for the design and construction of both harbors. This much anticipated project will provide Chicago and it's visitors' additional docking slips, water sports opportunities, access to fishing and improved park land. RMCA provides:
- Strategic project implementation
- Assistance in procuring design services for the production of construction documents for coastal features
- Oversight of construction contracts
- Developing and maintain Harbor Program scheduling
- Weekly executive summary reports
- Coordinated and as directed, conducted meetings with local state and federal agencies and other stakeholders as required for zoning, permits and other project approvals

The Public Building Commission of Chicago uses the project delivery method, Job Order Contract (JOC) for site preparation, demolition, and various building renovation projects. As a sub-consultant to the Rise Group, RMCA serves as the JOC Project Manager responsible for administering and overseeing the procurement process, construction, and close-out for numerous projects in the Commission's JOC Program. RMCA provides:
- Scope clarification/development
- Proposal and schedule review
- Safety and quality oversight
- Change order management, coordination meetings, detailed status updates for the client
- Jobsite inspections, document management, and various administrative duties
