Today the Oakbrook Shopping Center, located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, is one of the most prestigiuos shopping destinations in the Chicago area and largest open-air shopping center in the country. Raymond Chin and his staff oversaw the design and construction of the mall's first expansion, which included a 900 space parking structure, professional service building, and approximately half a million square-feet of additional retail space.
